If you are planning to come to Oakwood Park you will need to fill out one of our Liability Waivers.

You can:

1. Print off a physical copy and sign it. Bring it with you and place it in the letterbox when you arrive. 
2. Sign the copy digitally and a copy will automatically be emailed to us. You will have the option to download a copy for yourself. 

If you are under 18 you will need your parent or guardian to sign an under 18s waiver for you.
